7-Day Return Policy
At Comtech Networking Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please include your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
All returns must be approved by Comtech Networking Solutions before being sent back.
Please note:
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling cannot be returned.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
For security and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, activated, or installed:
- Software, licenses, and digital products
- Special-order or custom-configured items
- Opened accessories (such as cables, adapters, or headsets)
- Consumables (such as batteries, printer cartridges, and storage media)
